Jackie is passionate about providing personalized care with compassion and enthusiasm, aiming to support individuals of all ages, activity levels, and recovery stages. With a deep love for sports and physical activity, her background in dance has given her a strong appreciation for the value of rehabilitation through physiotherapy and structured exercise programs.
She earned her Honours Bachelor of Science in Psychology, followed by a post-graduate degree with a Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto. Jackie has also pursued extensive post-graduate training in both pelvic floor therapy and orthopaedics.
Her approach to treatment combines hands-on manual therapy with customized exercise prescriptions designed to meet the unique needs of each patient. Jackie believes in a holistic, biopsychosocial model of care, considering both the physical and mental well-being of her patients as they progress through their recovery journey. She stays up to date with best practices and ongoing education to ensure her patients receive the highest standard of care.
Jackie is certified in Level 3 Pelvic Floor Therapy, specializing in managing incontinence, prolapse, and pelvic floor pain, including pre- and post-natal conditions and birthing preparations.
