Sarah is a passionate and down-to-earth healthcare provider who’s been helping people feel and move better for over 17 years. She has been part of the TRCC team since 2015, and she genuinely loves what she does—and where she works. She believes the best results come from truly understanding the person behind the injury. Her goal is always to get to the root cause of pain, then build a treatment and rehab plan that’s evidence-based while still being realistic for your everyday life. She brings a mix of hands-on experience, clinical skill, and personal care to every appointment.
Her diverse clinical background includes treating people across all stages of life, and she enjoys adapting her approach to support everyone from young children to older adults.
She holds an Honours Bachelor of Physical and Health Education from the University of Toronto, where she worked with Varsity Men’s Soccer and Varsity Women’s Rugby, traveling with the team to the CIS championships. She went on to earn her Bachelor of Applied Health Sciences in Athletic Therapy at Sheridan College, where she worked with local high schools and Upper Canada College, and later completed her Massage Therapy diploma at the Ontario College of Health and Technology.
Sarah has a strong background in concussion care and management, including experience in clinical rehab, field assessment, and research. She’s worked on concussion protocols and provided care for teams like the Toronto Saracens Rugby Club and the Toronto Aeros Women’s Hockey program.
When she’s not at TRCC, Sarah spends time with her tight-knit crew: her supportive husband, two adventurous sons, and their pets—Sarge the dog and Minnie the cat. She loves gardening in the warmer months, volunteers with the Jewish Educators and Families Association (JEFA), and gives back to her profession as Chair of the Ontario Athletic Therapists Association (OATA); where she works alongside an amazing team of volunteer directors to advance the profession through the pursuit of statutory regulation.
Whether you’re an athlete, staying active on your own terms, or just trying to get through your workday without pain; Sarah brings care, clarity, and commitment to every person she treats.
