For over 20 years, Asha has worked with individuals from a wide range of backgrounds, providing therapeutic massage to support physical comfort and overall well-being. Her approach is client-centred and grounded in safe, evidence-informed practice.

She is a Registered Massage Therapist and Fascial Remodeling Practitioner, with full certification in the Dr. Vodder method of Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) and Combined Decongestive Therapy (CDT). She integrates these approaches with targeted muscular techniques and general Swedish massage, tailoring each treatment to the specific needs and goals of the client.

This integrative approach allows for intentional, focused care that respects the complexity of the body while remaining practical and effective. As her clinical work increasingly involved clients with a range of breast health concerns, Asha developed a dedicated area of practice to provide appropriate and supportive massage therapy for this specific need.
