After the cast is taken then the matrix is placed into the scanner, a true 3D image of the foot is obtained. The whole process can be completed in less than 3 minutes.

Once the scans are obtained, the orthotic shell for each foot is made individually using Variform3D technology. (We NEVER make orthotics by mirroring one foot to the other, or choosing “closest fit” from a library like other labs). How we make orthotics ultimately makes all the difference on how the orthotics will fit to your feet.
