Since a young age, Taylor has been actively involved in the sporting community playing a variety of sports. Her favourite sport is field hockey, where she competed at Provincials with Vancouver Island select teams, Nationals with Team Ontario, and the University of Guelph Varsity team earning OUA and CIS medals. Through her own sports injuries and knee surgery, Taylor became very interested in how to heal the body and decided to pursue a career in massage therapy.

So far, Taylor has taken courses in introductory cranial sacral therapy, cupping, athletic and postural taping and pregnancy massage. In the future she would like to further her skills in soft tissue release, rehabilitation and sports massage.

Taylor currently plays ice hockey year round and has taken up crossfit in her spare time. She believes that massage therapy is an important component to maintaining a healthy balanced lifestyle. Whether you are coming in for an acute injury, injury prevention, or ongoing stress management, there is a treatment plan for everyone.

Here's an example of what just one session of Fascial Remodeling can do! This before & after are an hour apart.

RMT Asha started working with this client to prep her for breast reduction surgery. They did 2 prep sessions prior to the reduction, and this treatment was their first one since the surgery 3 weeks ago.

The client reported feeling more breast congestion on her left side post op, but as you can see her entire torso was congested (1). Her whole right side was pulled up (3) and rotated (2), and most of her weight was on her left leg (4). After the treatment, the torso girth reduced, her rotation relaxed (see the belly button position), and her weight was evenly distributed on both legs.

Breast work was modified according to the client's current activity level, surgeon's recommendation, and scar quality.
