Sitting too Long is literally Killing us! Get moving!

Dr. Sulatycki and Dr. Guy perform ergonomic assessments for companies throughout the GTA, and what we often see is not pretty. As Chiropractors we understand the benefits of keeping the body moving. A growing body of evidence suggests that sitting too long during the day causes numerous heath issues, and may negate the good benefits we get from exercise.
